    Our "Cooking class with Grandma" is a lively and friendly experience, during which you discover how to prepare and finally taste the most delicious typical Sardinian dishes, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, as well as learn about the secrets and cultural traditions of Sardinian centenarians.

    Near Sant'Antonio di Gallura, in a country house dating back to the early 1900s, surrounded by a beautiful forest of cork trees, under the expert guidance of our Grandmother, you will participate in our culinary experience learning how to bake "lu coccu" bread (unleavened bread baked in hot ashes), prepare "mazza frissa" (ancient recipe with cream and semolina), fresh homemade ravioli and seada (typical Sardinian dessert with cheese and honey).

    Excellent local wines will accompany the meal, and dessert will be served with the very popular myrtle, a traditional homemade liqueur made by our grandmother.

    Immerse yourself in the heart of Gallura and discover the fascinating world of Sardinian wine with an unforgettable winery tasting.

    During this experience you will explore the vineyards, winery and production techniques that give birth to these oenological masterpieces.

    This small trek is an appointment with the wilderness of the Santa Teresa di Gallura headlands that you cannot miss.

    You will follow your guide to discover theCapo Testa Isthmus Nature Park among breathtaking views and granite rocks forged by the winds that give us bizarrely shaped figures. You will admire the gentle coves of Valle della Luna, the first 'home' of the Italian hippy community.

    After a short stop at the beach, you will enjoy a nice walk in the center of Santa Teresa (Trekking time 2/3 hours: Difficulty level: medium. Elevation gain: 0 m. to + 100 m.).

    Ride along the scenic roads that wind between the sea and the land, taking in the spectacular views and breathing in the clean, rejuvenating air.

    Treat yourself to stops along the way to enjoy the scenery, take a swim in the crystal clear waters, or simply relax on the golden beach or admire the scenery from the hillside.

    This excursion into the world of luxury on the Emerald Coast begins with a lovely stroll through the small village of San Pantaleo, where you can photograph the quaint little streets of the center.

    Leaving San Pantaleo, you will arrive at the Costa Smeralda's most important village, Arzachena to photograph the church of Santa Lucia and its famous painted staircase.

    You will continue on to reach one of the most famous summer destinations in the world: Porto Cervo with its stores and iconic yachts where VIPs spend their vacations.

    After this stop, you will have a chance to stop at Cala di Volpe for a photo break on the Emerald Coast's most scenic road.

  • Gallura

    This is a truly unmissable excursion that will take you to the sight of the world's oldest and largest olive trees, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    From the valley of the thousand-year-old olive trees, you will cross the green valleys of Lake Liscia, surrounded by cork oaks and vineyards. You will marvel as you visit one of the oldest houses in the beautiful town of Luras: Casa Galluras (1872), where the deepest mysteries of our traditions will be revealed.

    You will also continue to the town of Tempio, where, after a short coffee break, you will reach the Nuraghe Majori, one of the many mysterious megalithic towers that make Sardinia unique in the world.

  • La Maddalena

    Maddalena Island is a brightly colored paradise!
    By ferry from Palau you will reach the quaint town of this small island. You will take advantage of your free time to explore the narrow streets of the center, watching the fishermen selling freshly caught fish or drinking coffee in the many pretty cafes near the harbor.

    After this pleasant break, with the you will reach the scenic island road that will take you from La Maddalena to Caprera. Along the way you will have time for some incredible photo stops.

    On the way back, a stop at the beach is possible, weather permitting.

    Tuesday & Friday

    Known as the "Blue Zone" region, where people live much longer than average, Barbagia is a vast mountainous area, stretching along the Gennargentu massif.

    You will visit Posada, the last remaining medieval village on the island, with a beautiful walk to its famous castle, Castello della Fava. You will also reach one of Barbagia's most iconic villages, Orgosolo, world-famous for its many murals, and finally enjoy the stunning view at the foot of the Redeemer on top of Mount Ortobene.

    Wednesday

    Discover the picturesque walled city of Alghero, the last Catalan city in Italy, famous for its precious coral art.

    After about 2 hours travel, you will enjoy your free time (2 hours+/-) strolling through the ramparts and narrow streets of the old town, filled with stores and lovely cafes.
    You'll reach the top of the Capo Caccia promontory, from where you can descend the 654 steps to visit Neptune's Caves (reservations are required) or enjoy a stroll under the sun on Alghero's Coral Riviera.
